Kachidoki district is situated by the side of River Sumida, located approximately 2km from the Ginza area. Our real estate business principally for the area began with leasing a flat that was built in 1973.
Later, in 1987, the first large-scale flat accommodation in the area called “Plaza Kachidoki” with 454 units was built. In 2004, 43-storey lease flat called “Plaza Tower Kachidoki” with 512 units was built.
In addition, in 2013, a share-type company dormitory “Tsukishima-sou” with 644 units was built. The aim of “Tsukishima-sou” is to generate mutual benefits through business people living together with different kind of jobs, industries, nationalities and ages.
We will be making an improvement for our asset value through providing residential zones in Kachidoki and Tsukishima.
